Theme: Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body”
Thought: Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” – Jim Rohn
Speech:
Good morning everyone,
Today, I would like to speak on a very important topic — **“Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body.”**
We all want to do well in school, feel happy, and live a good life. But do you know what the secret to all this is? It’s taking care of our body.
When we eat healthy food, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep, our body becomes strong. And when our body is healthy, our mind also becomes calm, sharp, and active. We are able to focus better, think clearly, and stay positive.
On the other hand, if we are lazy, eat junk food all the time, and don’t sleep well, our body feels tired and our mind feels dull. We may get angry easily, feel stressed, or even fall sick.
So let’s make a promise today — to stay active, eat healthy, and sleep on time. Because a **healthy body leads to a healthy mind**, and that’s the real path to success and happiness.
Thank you and have a fit and fresh day ahead.
