Speech on “Respect – A Core Value”
Good Morning everyone,
Today, I’d like to speak a few words on the theme “Respect – A Core Value.”
Respect is one of the most important values we can learn. It means showing kindness, listening to others, and treating everyone—no matter who they are—with dignity.
Respect begins at home, continues in school, and stays with us for life. When we respect our parents, teachers, classmates, and even nature—we build stronger relationships and a better society.
It’s easy to demand respect, but true strength lies in giving it first. Whether it’s through words, actions, or simply by being polite—we show who we are by the respect we give.
So let’s all practice respect, every single day—because it’s not just a rule, it’s a value that makes us better human beings.
Thank you!
